Peace Point Meditation 

What is 'Peace Point' Meditation? 
'Peace Point' meditation is a way of life that can be cultivated through directed meditation practice.  Peace Point meditation cultivates peaceful awareness through the cessation of harmful thought processes, creating a state of consciousness where the mind is free of dispersed or destructive thoughts.

Meditation Services
The Mind and Heart Lab offers free weekly mediation group sessions every Thursday at noon led by Venerable Sophon or an associate Monk from the Dhammakaya International Meditation Center (DIMC) in Azusa.  During the time of Covid we are offering these classes in a virtual format.  Click Here for more information and a zoom link to the meditation sessions.
