Relaxation AUDI0s  

The Mind and Heart De-stress lounge provides a private area for guided relaxation audios.  Recliner chairs and earphones provide for an atmosphere of calming stress and developing emotional balance.  Each audio is approximately 20 minutes in length, a perfect length of time to fully engage in relaxing and re-charging.  They are specifically designed, through scientific research, for relaxing, recharging and rebalancing your emotional system.  There is a wide variety of audio selections from which to choose, all with the purpose of intentionally cultivating healing and healthy emotional states, and each with a specific emphasis in emotional wellbeing.  To reserve a time for the audio's click the 'book appointment' button below.
