Meditation

Benefits of Meditation
The benefits of meditation include reduced stress, improved concentration, increased self-awareness, happiness, acceptance, slowed aging, improved immune and cardiovascular health, and other numerous health and physical benefits. Additionally, meditation has been shown to create positive functional and structural changes in the brain and throughout the body. In other words, your brain and body work better in the moment, but also experience foundational changes to their very structure. Consistent meditation practice has been shown to increase a person's baseline level of happiness, deepen their sense of flourishing, and improve overall wellbeing. In short, routine meditation practice can change the foundation of how you navigate your life.
